Do all iPhone 11s support Dual SIM?

My IPhone 11 sim tray doesn’t have a slot for a second SIM card on the back side. Does my iPhone 11 not support Dual SIMs or can I replace the sim tray?

Models sold in China, Hong Kong and Macau will have dual SIM slots. All other regions will have one eSIM and one Nano SIM slot.
