I can’t buy more iCloud storage

I can’t backup my phone because of my storage but it is saying I can’t upgrade my iCloud to buy more storage please help

You can upgrade your storage by paying monthly amount according to how much storage you want. Ex. 50GB iCloud storage costs INR Rs. 75/month
