apple watch

i sold my watch to a friend and he sold it back to me but got a new apple id and it has “apple watch locked to owner” and i dont know what to do…

The friend that you bought/got this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;

Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
