Set reminders to every hour

For the Hourly to show up, you have to have selected a Time to start with. Without a time selected and just a day, then the Hourly will not appear in the list. As soon as you select a Time, it will allow you to set it to Hourly.

Where might your reminders be housed (Settings > Reminders > Accounts)? Mine are in iCloud.
