Is there a possibility to request a music album for Apple Music.
In the past this album was available on Apple Music, I added it to my playlist. But now it's not available since quite some time.
It's my favorite album by my favorite band...
I wanted to buy it on iTunes, but I can't find it there either.
Or is it possible to buy the album on the internet and add it to Apple Music ?

You can always leave your album request at Apple Music Feedback.
If you use Sync Library and if you have that album purchased from elsewhere, you should be able to access your music library on all devices: Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC and Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music.
"If you subscribe to Apple Music, you can upload your music library so you can access it on all of your devices. Learn how to check the upload status for your music library and what the different cloud icons next to your songs mean."
