How do I enable FIND MY IPhone?

Find my IPhone is grayed out in settings.

I have searched the internet, found videos on how to "fix" this and every one has instructions not applicable to my phone/OS.

Please check your Screen Time Restrictions.

Disable Screen Time if you are the organizer.
