Help! I keep getting charged a monthly fee for something I do not use.
I have gotten charged a monthly fee of 5.29 for years and I don’t know use any subscriptions to ITunes or anything. Help! I can’t get thru to customer service….I have tried in the past but keep getting charged!
Also, the email on my account has not been updated for 7 years and is incorrect.
How do I get refunded for this ongoing $5.29 fee and cancelled for good?
