Payments without a bank account

Can I mail my payments to Apple or pay at an Apple store?

No. Payment is made in the wallet or at card.apple.com.

Thank you for your response; I read more and answered my own question. I opened a bank account today and receive my debit card in the 29th so I will make a payment then.
