How to erase an older model Apple Watch?

I forgot my password to my Apple Watch. Im trying to erase it so O can pair it with another phone. Please help

how to reset my apple watch I have an apple watch that i forgot my password. It was connected to an old phone so i cant erase the password by using my phone. The factory reset by holding the buttons also is not working on the watch.
