My Face ID just stopped working. So I went to settings to reset it. Directions say position your face in frame, which I did, but nothing happens and screen never changes or gives different directions
Thank you. I think camera may have been dirty. I now know where that depth camera is. Also, I finally received a message as I tried to set it up saying it wasn’t available. When I went back this evening, it all worked quickly and well.
