Also check your iCloud storage. You can do this in Settings>iCloud or at https://www.icloud.com - sign in and click 'Account Settings'.
If you have 200GB of storage, the cost of that matches what you are paying.

Did you happen to upgrade your iCloud storage to 200GB/month? You can check your current iCloud storage level: Settings > [Your Name ] > iCloud and look at the top of the screen under STORAGE.
