Please help me to find the problem for purchase something I don’t know for who!!

Have you verified that the payment was actually made from your account? There is a scam that sends notices of a purchase by text or email in an attempt to steal your identity. So if the charge is not actually in your account that is what happened.

If you have no payment method on file then it is not possible for Apple to have charged you anything.

You may need to have a payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free. 

Check which payment method you have on file and make sure it hasn't expired, been declined or failed.
