this was a payment without any payment method on my account.

Here is a one-stop link for billing questions→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support. You can review your purchase history to see what you were charged for, cancel a subscription and request refunds.


Have you verified that the payment was actually made from your account? There is a scam that sends notices of a purchase by text or email in an attempt to steal your identity. So if the charge is not actually in your account that is what happened.

Click on the link in my post. Or don’t you know how to open a link? A link on a web page is a way to open a new page with additional information. A Link is usually shown as blue text, and to open the new page position your mouse cursor anywhere within the blue text (the mouse cursor will turn into an hand) and click the left mouse button.  Let me try to make it perfectly clear:
