Lost Device

i lost my phone somehow. forgot my icloud password too. so ihad to wait a whole month to reset my icloud. once i reset my icloud i tried find my iphone. no luck. it says offline. its been almost a month. and the iphone still wont be erased. i cant play sound or nothing. did nobody find the phone? because inorder to erase the iphone, the device has to be connected to the internet. so im guessing it has never been connected to the internet since i lost my phone. please help
