Flickering/Corruption in the Apple Music App

Sometimes when opening an album the window seems to just vanish and be replaced by flickering outlines and other weird phenomena. I found a related question who seemed to have either the same or a very similar problem (and a rather bizare "answer" about screen flickering, yo ppl read the question before answering its clearly *not* a screen flicker problem).

The problem persists over reboots and only happens on Apple Music.

Its a 14" macbook M1 pro w/ up to date software updates.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.0
