How can sim unlock

See these circumstances:

Unlock 1 = SIM not supported:-> How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support

Unlock 2 = SIM PIN:->  Contact your carrier asking them for your SIM PUK code

If you mean something different, please specify your needs.

Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.

If it is locked to a Japanese carrier, and you are not a current customer in good standing of that carrier, they are not going to unlock it for you.

Go buy a phone you can use.
