Sorry to hear you are having issues with Apple Cash.
If you still have the option to verify your identity within Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Cash card > Verify Identity, attempt to complete the verification process again.
Identity Verification is normal, and everyone who uses Apple Cash has to complete it at least once.Â
When submitting your ID, make sure it meets the verification requirements:Â
Identity verification for Apple Card or Apple CashÂ
If the above has been met, confirm that you meet the minimum requirements for an Apple Cash account:Â
If you are unable to complete Identity Verification, and see an alert that âSending and Receiving with Apple Cash has been Restrictedâ, contact Apple Support.Â
If your Apple Cash account is restricted or locked
