I cannot get my serial number off my watch in order to ask questions about why the update Jacked my Watch app.

How do I get someone to help me with my iWatch? I updated my watch as instructed and it has a red! On the front of it and I am unable to get into it. When I ask Apple for help they ask for the serial number on my watch, but I am unable to open my watch to ask any questions or to get help.
You're serial number will also be in the Watch app of your iPhone if you had already paired the Watch in the past. If the steps provided in the support document I linked don't work, then the final step is to arrange for service.
