Mail

I haven’t had any mail on my iPad since early January, I don’t know what I have done as it was working fine before , please help .

Assuming you're using Apple Mail app, AND after checking (using a computer, and opening your email provider website) that your email account is okay and all your email messages are still on your email provider's servers, I would try to:

  1. Delete that email account on your iPad.
  2. Restart your iPad
  3. Re-add that email account on your iPad


If the issue persists, I suggest that you contact your email provider and explain your problem.
