It is nearly impossible to hack an iPhone unless it has been jailbroken. You will have to provide more details on WHY do you feel that your iPhone has been hacked? Tell us.
Meanwhile, Chang the password to your Apple ID by opening Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at top) ➡️ Password & Security ➡️ Change Password.
