Charging me $9.99/m of 2TB instead of $2.99/m of 200GB since last October, 2021.

In my memory, I do not upgrade my iCloud from 200GB to 2TB. However, you have charged me $9.99/m since October, 2021. I neither need so much volume currently nor approve upgrade. Please cancel all the charges of $9.99 but 200GB still.
