Itunes will not detect disabled / unavailable iPhone 11 Pro

I had forgotten my password and locked myself out of my iphone, but when I go to put the phone in recovery mode itunes won't detect it on my PC. I have tried numerous cables, different computers, putting phone in DFU mode, recovery mode. Nothing works. I have tried erasing iphone from Find my Iphone but it says the phone needs to be connected to wifi to erase and it is only on LTE, and I obviously cannot connect it to WiFi as I have no access to my phone. Please help

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14
