Let’s try to get the flash working on your iPhone 12 again. You haven’t mentioned any troubleshooting that you may have tried on your own, so, we’ll start here: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn’t working

We’d like for you to give those steps a try and see if the flash begins to work again. If not, do you have the current iOS 15.2.1 version showing installed when you go to Settings > General > About? Does this happen with both the Flashlight and when using the built-in camera?
