My AirPods Pro has different volume in each ear

My AirPods Pro has different volume in each ear when connecting to the MacBook Pro M1. But I don't find that issue when connecting to my iPad or iPhone

Take a look at System Preference>Sounds and adjust the balance slider as needed.

One airpod is louder than the other when listen on Mac, but not iPhone When my airpods are connected to my MacBook Pro, my left airpod is louder than my right one. Airpods Sound quality not Best The sound quality of the AirPods sounds bad. Sounds a little muffled only when I have it paired with my iMac. Tested it on my iPhone, that was fine.
