Sound problem in right earphone

The sound is very low on the right side of my Apple earphones. What is the reason for this? Also, I am still under warranty. I hope I can find a solution to my problem. Good works.

Hello,

You are talking about the wired headphones, correct?

If so, try cleaning them:

How to clean your AirPods and EarPods

Also see:

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If no help, try this:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.

Good luck.
