Hey Aortan,
Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We understand you have questions about how shared Apple Music content opens in Safari instead of the Music app. We'd like to help address this.
As quoted from within Share music from Apple Music on the web,
"When a person receives and clicks the link, the song, album, or playlist opens in Apple Music on the web, where they can play it, add it to their library, and more.
If you have the Music or iTunes app on your computer or device, you can open the app directly from Apple Music on the web—just click the link in the bottom-left corner."
Feel free to share feedback to Apple if you'd like to make new suggestions: Product Feedback - Apple
Best regards.
