on the screen it doesn't say in the bottom right-hand corner for me to erase iPhone i just have emergency

Then you probably don’t have iOS 15.2.

Otherwise, see this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
