Syncing contacts

Ensure that both your iPad and iPhone are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID. With both iPad and iPhone signed-in to iCloud, enable the Apps/Services that you wish to synchronise via iCloud:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud - enable Apps/Services as required, such as Contacts
