None of my numbers files stored In iCloud will open. Clicking on them starts the spinning wheel indicating it’s downloading but never opens. All files less then 200KB. On LTE and Wi-Fi with known good connection as other apps like insta and mail work fine.

Yes. Running iOS 15.2 but had the same issue on 15.1. Phone was just restarted and issue persists.
