Apple Pay won't allow me to use the cash I have in my Apple wallet

Why won’t my Apple Pay allow me to use the cash I have in my Apple wallet?

why do I keep getting messages that my information is incorrect to update my Apple Pay?

even if I have a $100 available Apple Pay jumps to my default bank when the purchase from Amazon is $60.00

i have tried to figure this out over many months and still get message saying my Indy is incorrect. When I go to settings however, everything is correct.

Do you have your Apple Cash set as your default payment method in your Wallet? Amazon does not accept Apple Pay so it uses the card on file for them.
