Apple TV streaming live TV an hour behind

In Australia, streaming live TV for a couple of years fine until last Friday, it is now screening an hour behind the live tv. I have an inbuilt one in the Lounge and it’s fine for live tv. It is with every station, 9Now, 7plus, 10 etc. I have checked and reset time zone. Not sure what else to do. Can anyone help? It has to be the Apple TV is the thought if we can stream live on iPad and other tv.
