Apple store disabled

I recently chatted with another associate on this discussion for help bc I was not able to download new apps from my apple store for some reason. The person did fix the problem but for some reason it is doing it again. Every time I try to download or update an app a message pops up saying that my apple store and iTunes is disabled at this time. Please help me fix this problem and let’s keep it fixed this time.
