I need to be able to upgrade my iCloud

i live in micronesia but banking in US. is there a way i can use my card with Itune account to be able to upgrade my icloud storage? please this is my only way of banking no other.

Are you using the US App Store/iTunes? If so, see if anything here helps.

Buying iCloud storage Hi I have a problem with buying icloud storage. My storage is not enough and I cant buy more because my phone seems to think I am in USA. I would like to be in Iceland where I live. I hava 0,01 credit and it seems that that might be the problem.
