Receiving calls frm unknown numbers

My phone will not accept calls from unknown numbers it goes straight to voicemail. I checked and I am on cellular data and I have silence unknown calls off

This might be because of a call filtering app on your phone, or your carrier could be blocking the calls. Make sure to check your phone for apps such as Call Filter and that the numbers are not being blocked through one of those apps.
