My iPad is stuck in a boot loop, between the Apple logo and black screen. tried several methods of restoring including latest iTunes download, but the PC refuses to "see" the iPad, even though it pops up with the serial number and downloads latest iPad software, but then once downloaded gives message "cant find iPad"
