I do have an Elan system. I have updated everything and rbooted and made changes suggested, but still no sound. My 2019 mac played with no issues. What am i missing?

That could very well indicate a poor network connection. Please try Troubleshooting Airplay and also doing
· Unplug Modem from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.
· Unplug Router from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.
· Unplug Apple TV from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and retest the system.
