To transfer data from an old iPhone to a new iPhone you can use the Quick Start feature: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210216

Alternatively you can restore the data from an iCloud backup: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204184

If you’re transferring data from Android you’ll need to download the ‘Move To iOS’ app on your Android phone.
