Yes. Both iPhones use a Nano sim card and is compatible.

Do note however, that for 5G connections, your carrier may need to give you a 5G compatible sim card. Not all carriers do this.

The Sim card from the SE will at the very least let the iPhone 13 connect to 3G, 4G, and LTE
