Siri not responding

My Siri recently stopped working,when I tried to shut it down and turn it back on it will ask me to do the voice recognition and when I try doing it I hit the continue button and the screen goes from right to left five times I try saying Hey Siri but it doesn’t recognize me when the screen stops there is no done button to press
