Apple Watch Stand Reminder Wakes Me

My Apple Watch Reminds me to stand up while I’m sleeping and wakes me up. I know that I can turn the stand reminder off entirely but appreciate this function (while awake). Is there a way to turn off stand (and maybe other reminders) while sleeping or during certain hours so I’m not being woke up in the middle of the night to stand up?
