My iphone (iphone 7) is not connect in to the itune app

Good morning Sir/Madam..


I hope you all doing well.


My iPhone (iPhone 7) is not connect into the iTunes app. (My iTunes Version is - 12.10.11.12)



I "Run Diagnostic.." please the see attached file and Please advice what i have to do ?


It would be the appreciated.


(Note: I am not able to attached another file "iTunes Diagnostics.spx" file, if you require please share your e-mail ID so can attached into it and send to you)

Also check if any third-party security needs to be adjusted to allow access: Resolve issues between iCloud for Windows or iTunes and third-party security software - Apple Support
