If you long press a photo in the Photos app it will give you the option to copy it and save it to Files. If you long press in Files, similar story. It’ll give you the option to save to Photos or the option to copy it, among other things.
You can't downgrade the OS.
Short answer: you can't.
That SUCKS. Really screwed the operation up. How do you copy and save a photo now?
