SE2020: Buzzing sound when playing video recorded with front camera

Hello,

I purchased an iPhone SE 2020 this year and a few weeks ago I noticed a very annoying sound when playing video's recorded with the front camera. It is a buzzing sound, like my phone is connected so something that's vibrating. I tried to fix it by shutting my phone off, truning bluetooth off etc. but nothing worked so far. Is there anyone who can give me answers or help me fix this? My work recuires me to take these video's sometimes, and now I have to borrow other poeple's phones. Hope to be able to use my own again soon!

With what you determined, it would be a good idea to Contact Apple Support so that they can investigate this with you and help arrange service if neccessary.

Hello aniek14,

We understand that you're running into trouble with a buzzing noise with your iPhone SE and videos taken with the front facing camera. To the best that you can tell, is this only happening with the front camera or does the rear camera have issues too?

Additionally, does this occur in all environments? For example, taking video away from things like other electronics? Be sure, too, that any case on the iPhone is removed just to rule that out.

Hello Shannon M1,

Thank you for your reply! I tried it again in different locations and without the case, but the sound doesn’t go away. It really only happens with the front camera.

is it wise to contact apple support for this?
