Is there any kinda way to to unlock my phone without losing any data??

No, you will lose all data not backed up or synced to iCloud. See this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

i can't restore my iphone 11 pro from itune, the software after downloaded shows that it was corrupted,, what should i follow to restore my iphone or can there be any way that i can get a chance of entering my passcode after disabled(Connect To Itune). Thankyou.

If it is disabled the only option is to restore it to factory settings, then restore a computer or iCloud backup. If the computer backup is corrupted, do you have an iCloud backup?
