No Sound

Can someone please help me, whenever I play a video on my phone I don’t hear anything coming from my phone, I try everything to see why it’s no sound but I’m still having the same problem, the funny part if I make a call I can hear other people and when I turn the volume up in settings I can hear the volume sound in settings but when it comes to watching a video I can’t hear anything from the video.

Phone Audio not working When I play a video the sound rarely works without trying some solutions. The video will play with no sound. I’ll try to turn up/down the volume and the phone doesn’t even register that the buttons are being pressed. this doesn’t happen every time but more often than not. Any advice?

No sound on videos Hi! I'm not hearing sound on my videos. I went to Settings, Sound and Haptics, slid the bar and I hear sounds when I slide the bar and when my phone rings, but not on video. Any suggestions? Twinsblessed444
