Contact the makers of your hearing aids and ask them. My experience has always been that my hearing aids are designed to work with mobile devices not with computers. But your manufacturer may have a different design.

Pairing Hearing Aids with new MacBook Air I have Signia hearing aids which are listed in Apples list of compatible aids for Bluetooth. I have used them paired with my IPad for quite sometime now without problem.
