i cloud on my ios device

I am trying to change my credit card info to pay the icloud for additional storage. However, it will not let me add another cc and delete the current one ... I receive the following message "There is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file."


How do I delete the cc that was cancelled by my bank and a new one was issued?

Put the new one in before removing the old one. If it won't let you, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
