After the recent iOS 15 update on my iPhone 11, all my incoming calls are getting forwarded. While I tried to check ‘Call forwarding’ settings, it’s just buffering and nothing shows up for me to disable it. Did anyone experience this issue?

Try rebooting your iPhone => Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If no joy, talk to your carrier, Call Forwarding is a carrier feature.

If no joy, talk to your carrier, Call Forwarding is a carrier feature.
Force restart didn’t work. Call forwarding is a carrier feature but iPhone provides an option to enable or disable it. In my case, I’m unable to do that because of a buffering symbol on that feature. (Please refer the attachment)
Again, what options you have is determined by the carrier, so best you have a chat with them.
