I have an orange dot above my bars, according to posts apparently my microphone or camera are being used by an app. How do I determine what app is using either my microphone or camera?

Following this guide you can check what apps have access to microphone or camera

https://support.apple.com/en-us/guide/iphone/iph168c4bbd5/ios

With that, you can isolate and find out by disabling access for apps.
