Be very careful.
What exactly does “backed up all my photos to iCloud” mean? What were the precise steps you took?
And what does “permanently delete them” mean? Are you planning to never see these on the iPhone again?
Where exactly are your photos housed?
If you remove a photo from your device; the photo will also be removed from your iCloud Photo Library.
I’m just trying to get all of my photos off my phone & on my computer, they’re on my pc as “cloud storage” but I cannot get the photos into a folder on my pc
