My iOS haven't updated since 14.7 and i never got the option to update to the 14.8 and now I can't get iOS 15 and i backed my phone up and restored it but still have iOS 14.7. someone help please

its funny how you sent me that and i was calling APPLE, the rep. had me look and see if i had a beta version installed, which i didnt remeber if i did or not, and i did have a beta install for ios 14. He was the first rep to catch this, after talking to 6 different apple reps. kudos
